Why Do We Get Cancer?

30 Temmuz 2018

The first physician who gave his name to cancer is Hippocrates, who is accepted as the father of medicine all over the world and lived between 460-370 BC. He gave this name because the disease spreads like a crab. However, this disease certainly did not start with Hippocrates.

Imhotep, an Egyptian priest and physician who lived about 2000 years ago, talks about a mass formed in the breast in a text he wrote and describes the cancer finding in palpation. In this article, Imhotep did not name the disease, but a note was made in the treatment part; There is no cure for this disease. Hippocrates, who lived about 2000 years after him and said that almost every disease started in the intestines and gave the disease its name, made a prediction that went beyond the ages and said: He said, "Cancer cannot be cured with surgery, maybe it can be treated with medicinal plants and nutrition."

Avicenna, the most famous physician of the East, who lived between 980 and 1037 AD, approximately 1500 years after Hippocrates, used the expression "a disease that is difficult to treat" for cancer.

So why do people get cancer? Could this question have been answered in the history of mankind? The famous physician Galen (130-210 AD) from Pergamon, based on the Greek medical tradition, said that the increase in black bile and melancholy were associated with this disease. In other words, he said that it stems from a state of physical and spiritual contamination in the body. If we carry the subject up to date and open it up a bit, insecticides, pesticides, heavy metals, fungicides and many similar chemical toxins taken into the body with food can be counted as physical pollution. As a spiritual toxin, sadness, distress, depression, sadness, disappointment, etc. countable.

The first observations in history 17-18. It was made in England in the 19th century, and it is that bladder cancer is seen much more often in children working in chimney cleaning compared to other members of the society. After a while, the political authority banned the use of children in this job, and this cancer rate also decreased significantly. After this event, when we came to the 19th and 20th centuries, first of all, surgical methods were studied rather than the cause of the disease, and then, especially in the 20th century, with the discovery of radiation, radiation was added to the treatment (radiation itself is cancer-causing). The chemotherapy period started with the use of chemical substances. In the meantime, it has been determined that some viruses cause cancer with some observations and studies. For example, HPV can cause cervical and neck cancers in women, and Ebsteinn Bar virus can cause a lymph node cancer called Burkitt's lymphoma. In addition, hepatitis C virus, which causes long-term hepatitis, can also cause cancer formation in the liver. I wonder if these viruses actually cause cancer, or whether the person's homeostasis is disturbed and he becomes prone to the disease, causing cancer, has not been given much attention.

As we mentioned at the beginning of our article, cancer has been seen as a disease that has plagued our species since ancient times, probably since the existence of human beings in this world. But why do humans get cancer? If we want to make serious progress in cancer treatment, let's try to answer this question with an impartial interpretation and common sense, without any financial concerns, by making use of medicine, biology, history and statistics.

Let's start with Hippocrates first. What did this physician, whose aphorisms transcend the ages, say? “All diseases start in the gut”. In my opinion, Hippocrates is very right. I should point out that cancer was a disease that was thought to be related to degeneration seen mostly in middle-aged or elderly people since ancient times. Its incidence was between 3-5%. So it was a very rare disease. The reason for this, in my opinion, is the excessive amount of mental and physical contamination that is present in cancer patients from birth or as Galen implicitly states, and the inadequacy in detoxification processes that occur as a result of this contamination. Because radiation, many bodily and mental toxins, with the mutations they create, primarily cause some changes in the liver enzyme systems. In ancient times, because contamination was very low, cancer was also very rare. Perhaps in these cancer patients Prof. Dr. The CYP1B1 enzyme system, which was discovered by Dan Burke, which is especially revealed in cancer cells and also provides apoptosis in cancer cells, is disrupted and only in this case cancer becomes visible as a disease. Because Dan Burke discovered that in only 4% of cancer patients, this enzyme system does not work and is impaired, and such patients do not respond to metabolites called salvesterol, especially found in plants.

Namely; Wheat bread was made from whole wheat flour with a method we describe today as sourdough until the end of the 19th century all over the world. Also, the chromosome number of wheat had not been changed yet and all wheat seeds were fertile. That is, each grain of wheat was planted and yielded seeds again, and the farmers were separating some of the product as seeds. Two important discoveries were made about wheat in the nineteenth century. First, the wheat flour is separated from its bran and germ and turned into pure white flour. In other words, it was started to be refined, and then yeast originating from mushrooms, which today is described as instant yeast, was discovered in America. The dough that was fermented with this yeast swelled much faster and became ready to be baked. However, there was a very important difference between sourdough and instant yeast. The gliadin molecule, which is one of the proteins that make up the gluten protein in the dough fermented with sourdough, was broken down by the probiotic bacteria in this yeast, and therefore gluten was formed in very small amounts. However, this was not the case with instant yeast, and the carbon dioxide gas formed as a result of the breakdown of starch made the dough rise quickly. The increase in gluten molecules in bread, the loss of prebiotic fibers in bread, and the inability to take enough vitamins and trace elements that can be easily taken from bread started to cause homeostasis in the body to deteriorate much more easily. Of course, it was a process of at least 40-50 years before the negative effects of such a diet began to become visible in human life.

Approximately 30-50 years after the spread of bread made with pure white flour baker's yeast (fenni yeast) in the United States, cancer rates began to increase. Especially with the genetic changes made in wheat in the 1940s, the increase in cancer rates has increased with the consumption of bread made with baker's yeast from white flour, whose gluten content has increased. Undoubtedly, when the use of pesticides and refined white sugar consumption in agriculture, which started to increase rapidly after the Second World War, were added to this increase, this increase rate peaked and it has been determined that one out of every 3 people in America will have cancer at some point in their life.
